10 jan 2012, this vehicle is built by students of Utrecht for mission Antarctica 2048. TeamWilco will drive with the solar car to the end of the word, the South Pole on the Antarctic. This project is to inspire the Children to choose for a sustainable future. In 2048 the environmental protocol of the Antarctic treaty is ending. So the decision makers of the future (our Children) has to decide what to do with our last pristine continent after 2048. The expedition will start in december 2012 and reach the South Pole in januar 2013!
